King Magnifico and Queen Amaya create the kingdom of Rosas using Magnifico’s sorcery to grant wishes. Asha hopes Magnifico will grant her grandfather Sabino’s wish but he refuses. Asha discovers Magnifico’s deceit and frees
the wishes with the help of Star and her friends. Magnifico, corrupted by dark magic, captures Asha’s family. Asha and her friends work together to stop Magnifico, but he absorbs all the wishes’ power, trapping Star and overpowering Asha.
Wish Movie Review
I think many would agree that the absolute highlight was the music and score. The movie had another catchy villain song, and I think two of them will be some of the most memorable in the coming years. As a movie that focuses on memories, it definitely gave me a warm feeling of going back to my childhood, so I really liked it.
