Vikings: Valhalla concludes its epic with a hurried final season that offers conflicting backstories for a number of characters. Given the amount of time it spends with people other than its core trio of Harald Sigurdsson, Freydís Eiríksdóttir,
and Leif Erikson, how could it not? This is a disappointing conclusion to a story that began more than ten years ago with the original Vikings, despite the fact that it has enough action and political intrigue to keep viewers entertained throughout.
