The film stars Vijay in the lead role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna, R. Sarathkumar, Srikanth, Shyam, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Sangeeta, Samyukta Shanmuganadan, Nandini Rai, Yogi Babu, Ganesh Venkatraman, S.J. Surya and Suman. The film follows the two brothers as the youngest entrepreneurial son is appointed chairman of his father’s company, to the dismay of the two brothers.
The film was announced in September 2021 with the working title Thalapathy 66, as it will be Vijay’s 66th film. Principal photography began in April 2022 and wrapped in December. The film was shot primarily in Chennai and Hyderabad, with sporadically shot locations in Visakhapatnam, Ballari and Ladakh.

Vijay, the youngest son of billionaire entrepreneur Rajendran Palanisamy, is disowned for refusing to join the family business. Seven years later, Rajendran reveals his terminal illness and plans to name a successor from his two elder sons, both of whom are caught in scandals. Vijay is eventually asked to take over the business.

Be it the climax or the beginning, the emotions, acting and portrayal of the brotherly relationship are brilliantly portrayed. The best person to have played his role so amazingly effectively was Sarathkumar sir.
It is also a fun and entertaining family entertainer.
