Manamantha (transl. “All of Us”) is a 2016 Indian Telugu-language anthology film written and directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti, produced by Sai Korrapati. The film features an ensemble cast, including Mohanlal, Gautami, Viswant Duddumpudi, and Raina Rao, marking Mohanlal’s Telugu film debut after a brief appearance in the 1994 film Gandeevam. The music for the film was composed by Mahesh Shankar, with cinematography by Rahul Shrivatsav and editing by G. V. Chandra Sekhar The production of Manamantha officially began with a launch event in Hyderabad on November 29, 2015. Filming primarily took place in Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Secunderabad, with principal photography commencing the day after the launch.

Manamantha premiered in North America on August 4, 2016, and was released worldwide the following day, August 5, 2016. The film was later partially reshot in Malayalam as Vismayam (transl. “Amazement”) with a slightly different cast, released in October 2016. A Tamil version titled Namadhu was also released simultaneously with the Telugu version Critically acclaimed, Manamantha has been recognized as one of the “25 Greatest Telugu Films of the Decade” by Film Companion, celebrated for its storytelling and character-driven narratives.
