Achyuta Rama Rao, known as “Achyuth,” and his brother Ananda Vardan Rao, or “Anand,” are two brothers with contrasting careers—one working in Human Resource Management and the other as a medical representative. Despite their shared blood, the brothers have a strained relationship, often fueled by their egos. However, they put on a facade of caring siblings in front of others. The tension escalates when Achyuth throws a party to celebrate the purchase of a new car, using Anand’s money without his knowledge. Their wives, Kalpana and Priya, overhear their conversations about a woman named Jyo and soon confront the brothers about the situation. In a desperate attempt to cover up their squabble, the brothers fabricate stories about how the other is romantically interested in Jyo, leading to a blame game between them.
Later, as they sit together in their portico, memories flood back, transporting them to five years earlier when they first met Jyosthna Kumari, affectionately known as “Jyo.” At that time, she was a dental student renting their new penthouse with her father, Surya Narayana Murthy, affectionately nicknamed “Sudoku.” From the moment they met Jyo, both brothers were smitten and sought opportunities to win her heart. Anand decided to propose to Jyo on his birthday, but before he could do so, Achyuth discovered Anand’s love letter. In an unexpected turn of events, Achyuth encouraged Anand to confess his feelings. Just as Anand was about to propose, Jyo revealed that Achyuth had already expressed his love for her. However, she couldn’t accept Achyuth’s proposal, as her heart belonged to someone else. She then asked Anand to convince Achyuth to move on. Believing Jyo’s affections were directed toward him, Anand found himself in a heated argument with Achyuth.
