Scoob Movie Story
After years of mystery solving, Mystery Inc. is up and running. During an investor meeting with Simon Cowell, he refuses to do business with Scooby and Shaggy due to their aggressive childish behavior and their friendship not helping. Enraged, the duo storms out of the meeting and goes to Takamoto’s bowling alley to cool their heads, where they are threatened by transforming robots called Rottons, owned by Dick Dastardly, who try to capture Scooby and the three skulls of Cerberus. They are rescued by Dee Dee Skies and her lifelong idol Dynomutt, along with Brian Crown, who has taken over his father’s role as the masked SUPERHERO Blue Falcon. Dastardly and the Rotten trap Scooby and Shaggy in a creepy abandoned amusement park and terrorize them, but Falcon Force saves them. Their investigation reveals that Dastardly feels Scooby is more important than Shaggy, which makes Shaggy feel alone.
Meanwhile, Fred, Daphne, and Velma find out that Dastardly is pursuing Scooby and Shaggy and begin to investigate. The group also reminisce about the good times they had with Shaggy and Scooby before they were captured by Dastardly’s airship. They escape with the help of one of the Rotten and contact Dee Dee to explain that she and the others are being taken to Messick Mountain, where the last skull is located. The group then learns that Dastardly plans to open the gate to the Underworld in order to rescue his beloved dog Muttley, who has been captured trying to steal the Underworld’s wealth, and that Dastardly needs Scooby, the last descendant of Alexander the Great’s dog Peritus, to unlock the gate.
