Ye Wenjie, a Chinese astrophysicist, gets in trouble with the authorities after witnessing the death of her father during a battle during the Cultural Revolution. Her scientific background sends her to a secret military base where other nations compete to make first contact with aliens during the Cold War. 3 Body Problem Review
I enjoyed watching it. I like how it brings all characters from two other books early on and connects them deeper than the books did while keeping most of the essence from the first book of the trilogy. The adoptions made sense to me,
and I definitely want to see new sparks than just a simple copy and paste of the original series or the Chinese TV version. However, like some mentioned, the dialogues could be much better
